Thyangboche (3900 m)
The team left Namche Bazaar this morning at
8 am and arrived at Thyangboche at 2 pm. The weather was beautiful
all morning with exquisite views of Ama Dablam and Everest throughout the
hike. There was a distinctive nip in the air as the group climbed
higher. Tonight's stay-over is at the Ama Dablam Garden Lodge.
Sightseeing after lunch today included a visit to the well-known
Thyangboche monastery. |
